"When I first met Audrey many years ago, she was working as a personal trainer. I was immediately drawn to her enthusiasm for sharing her vast knowledge of fitness and well-being. Before long, I found myself sharing personal challenges and goals with her. She was always eager to listen in a non-judgmental fashion. She was supportive and often offered much appreciated wisdom, so it was only natural that she then pursued a career in life-coaching! Audrey's positive outlook toward life inspired me to make positive changes - not only in my health and fitness regime, but in my personal and professional life as well.
